We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 3–5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery is usually completed within 7–10 days from the date of order.
All items are shipped via reliable, trackable postal services to ensure your order arrives safely. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all of our products are made to order and customised just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items once they’ve been printed.
However, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If there’s a mistake on our end — such as an error in the design, misspelling, or printing issue — we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. If you spot a problem or have any concerns, get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
